This author is a 32 year-young native of Washington Heights, New York, of Dominican and Venezuelan descent.  He made his way to John Jay during the spring before his first year of law school when the realization that this time might be his final opportunity at creative writing before pursuing a legal career.  When not reading, writing, or at the gym, he works with a non-profit organization that identifies talented student-athletes in the greater New York City area and places them at some of the nation’s elite private high schools.  His greatest time spent, however, is with his lovely wife, and beautiful four-year old daughter.
