Nadia Baichoo

Nadia Baichoo has been a writing fanatic from the moment she could pick up a pencil. She spends most of her free time locked up in her small purple room reading stories she’s already read and writing about everything and nothing all at the same time. She first took an interest in CNF during Fall 2015 and has received recognition for her award-winning piece “Almonds.” “Almonds” is centered around a strong father-daughter relationship that dismantles over a period time and a journey that had molded her to be the person she is today. Nadia is currently enrolled at John Jay College studying Forensic Psychology and plans to graduate a year early in Spring 2017. She is channeling her love for literature, writing, and poetry in her own blog where she shares poems, prose, and excerpts from short stories and CNF pieces.
