Isabella GojcajIzzy is an English Major in her senior year at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She was born and raised in The Bronx, but can point you to the best coffee spots in all five boroughs. Through her piece, "From a Distance", she discovered a passion for digging into the uncomfortable parts of the human experience. She's studying to become an English teacher in hopes that she'll be able to help others find their creative voice, even if in the simplest of ways.
